Optimasi Penggunaan Input Produksi pada Usahatani Kentang di Dataran Tinggi Dieng, Jawa Tengah

Potato is one of the horticultural crops with high economic value and potential as an export commodity. The productivity potatoes in Central Java tends to decrease, it suspected that use production inputs not optimal. This study aims evaluate performance inputs, factors influence potato production, optimization farming Dieng Plateau. research was conducted from October December 2021 Sumberejo Village, Batur Subdistrict, Banjarnegara District, which has altitude + 1700 meters above sea level. used a survey method on 30 farmers. data obtained were analyzed descriptively, using multiple linear regression, followed by test inputs. results showed among farmers still varied had soil analysis. Seed, manure, labor are have significant positive effect production. To get maximum need add seeds, NPK fertilizer, manure according recommendations, while needs be reduced achieve optimal yields.
